An employee submits a request through a simple portal. A Pulse+ agent checks if the software is on the pre-approved list and if the employee’s department has the budget. If so, it automatically routes the request.

A Pathway agent manages the approval workflow, sending an approval request to the manager. Once approved, it automatically generates a purchase order and sends it to the vendor’s system via an API.

For non-standard requests, a Horizon agent evaluates quotes from multiple vendors, optimizing for the best choice based on cost, features, and the vendor’s performance history, and presents a recommendation to the procurement manager.
